I joined Campus Lens because I was looking for an outlet, an outlet that helped me better the things that were slowing my self-growth. I knew by joining I'd feel structure and respect without losing the ability to create freely.

Having a team behind my back that is motivated and captivated by the same drive and energy I have been living with since I started my career, is something special. Being a part of the team has introduced me not only to new people but new ideas and paths within my field I did not know I could make the leap to.

The most important thing is that I felt comfortable abruptly leaving home to chase a dream all because I had the support of the Campus Lens family.

Responsible for leading and executing projects within your local market. Proven ability to develop storyboard, organize teams of creatives, and influence the creative flow of a project. Must have ability to identify areas of improvement for other creatives within team along with constantly striving to better your skillset.

 Can operate and effectively communicate one on one with clients
 Coachable
 Ability to lead other creatives, give constructive feedback, and help develop their skills
 Ability to execute independent shoot (if needed) and edit, while maintaining premium quality and professionalism
